Q. What services does MaxValue Cleaners provide?
A. MaxValue Cleaners provides dry cleaning services for clothing, household items (curtains, upholstery, etc.) and accessories (scarves, hats, etc.). We also provide convenience services like free pick up and delivery for members.
Q. Is MaxValue Cleaners Eco-Friendly?
A. Yes! At MaxValue we use sustainable practices that prioritize the health of our planet and the people in it. This includes the use of non-toxic, biodegradable solvents instead of traditional chemical-based products. By reducing the amount of water and energy used in the cleaning process, we reduce our carbon footprint and do our part to conserve natural resources. We are conscious of our environmental impact from every touch point, and that’s why we also have a clothing donation program so usable clothing does not end up in landfills.

Q. What is the Donate and Declutter program?
A. As a MaxValue member, you can donate your gently used clothing, and we’ll take care of the rest. We will wash, fold, and package your clothing and donate it to our local charities—no need to cart around bags of clothing to a drop-off point. Just schedule a pick up, and we will do the rest.
Q. What is the Seasonal Storage program?
A. MaxValue’s Seasonal Storage program is a service where customers can get their seasonal clothing dry, cleaned and stored at MaxValue facilities. This service is available to both members and non-members. Customers can select their storage timeline, ranging from one-month minimum to six months maximum, at a rate of $30/month. Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our factory is open from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday to Saturday.
B. Pick up times are available in three time slots: 9 AM to 12 PM, 3 PM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM.
C. Our customer service hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Q. Do you offer pick up and delivery?
A. MaxValue Cleaners is exclusively pick up and delivery. As a factory direct cleaners, we have no storefront location.
Q. How do you get free pick up and deliveries?
A. When you are a MaxValue member, you just have to place an order, and your pick up and delivery will be free. If you aren’t a MaxValue member, the pick up and delivery fee will be $12.95 per order (excluding tax).

Q. Can I get a refund for my membership?
A. MaxValue does not provide credit or refunds for a partial month of membership or refunds for memberships unused with an open account. All membership plans are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid membership period.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Customers can cancel their order up to 12 hours before the order is picked up. For questions after an order has been picked up, please email Service@MaxValueCleaners.com. If the order is being processed or has been processed, the total amount will be due prior to delivery.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Estimates will be provided before placing your order. Customers can cancel their order up to 12 hours before the order is picked up. If the order is being processed or has been processed, we will provide an invoice for the order which is payable prior to delivery.
Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. All payments are made online via our website or the app. Enter your credit/debit card details while placing your order to pay for your services. Please note MaxValue Cleaners accepts Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept cash payments. Your payment will be deducted only after the cleaning is complete.
Q. When is payment deducted for an order?
Your payment will be deducted only after your items have been cleaned. Payments for an order are due before delivery.
Q. What happens if my payment don’t doesn’t go through?
A. MaxValue will invoice the customer prior to delivery. If payment is not received or we are unable to complete a charge transaction as provided by the customer, then a late payment charge of 2% (compounded daily) will be applied to the outstanding balance until a payment has been finalized. The late payment fee is calculated from the delivery date set until the date of settlement.
B. If payment has not been received, MaxValue will contact the customer by telephone, text message or email to secure payment. Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the pick up date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to a local charity. MaxValue reserves the right to pursue legal action to seek compensation for cost and damages relating to the order.
Q. What are your prices?

Q. What should I do if I find lower prices at other cleaners?
A. If you find prices lower than MaxValue for the same service at a regular price, we will price match to ensure you get the lowest market price. This does not include sale or discount prices from other vendors.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. We occasionally run special discounts and promotions, we will notify you via email so subscribe to our mailing list.
Q. Can I combine the discounts or promotions?
A. Discounts, special pricing, and coupons are not combinable. Only one will be applied per order unless specifically stated in writing by MaxValue.
Q. Is there a minimum order amount?
A. There is no minimum order quantity for MaxValue members. The minimum order amount for non-members is $25.
Q. What is your policy on lost or damaged items?
A. MaxValue exercises the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and uses processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties, or zipper pulls. Any damaged items must be reported and returned to MaxValue for inspection within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s).
B. For any items that are determined to be lost by MaxValue, customers will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide. Lost items must be reported within 48 hours of pick -up or delivery of the item(s). MaxValue makes reasonable efforts to track every item we process, and will review all lost item claims on a case-by-case basis. MaxValue’s liability concerning any damaged items shall not exceed 10% of the retail value of the garment, regardless of brand/condition, and only upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
Q. What is a referral bonus?
A. Refer a friend and you and your friend get a credit worth dry cleaning a shirt for free when your friend places an order.
Q. How does a referral bonus work?
A. To refer a friend, login via the MaxValue app or the website booking tool, log in to your account and click the invite button on the bottom or go to the Referral Bonus box in the promo carousel.

C. Select the contact you wish to refer to and hit send.
D. Each account holder is given a referral code. Referral codes are to be used to refer new clients to the service and to provide a discount to the referred person. Referral codes are not for use in their own account, i.e. self-use.
Q. How can I get cashback?
A. To show our appreciation for each customer, we add 5% cash back to every completed order. Cashbacks are auto-credited to your account after your order is completed and delivered to you. You can use the cash back towards your next order.
Q. What cleaners and detergents are being used to clean my clothes?
At MaxValue Cleaners, we use non-toxic, biodegradable solvents. We use sustainable practices that prioritize the health of our planet and the people in it.
Q. Where is the cleaning of my garments done?
Did you know most dry cleaners outsource their cleaning with a third-party cleaning factory? At Maxvalue, we are the factory! We clean all the garments on site at our factory in the GTA.
Q. What types of garments can be dry cleaned?
A. MaxValue Cleaners provides dry cleaning services for clothing such as shirts, t-shirts, blouses, silk blouses, shorts, skirts, suits pants, leisure/casual pants, real leather pants, jeans, sports pants, short/medium dresses, long dresses, evening gowns (small), evening gowns (regular), evening gowns (heavy), wedding gowns (regular), wedding gowns (heavy), sweaters, cashmere/wool sweaters, hoodie/sweatshirts, luxury hoodies, suits blazers, 2 piece suits, 3 piece suits, denim jackets, real leather jackets, suit vests, coat vests, sleeveless jackets, spring/light coats, long/lined coats, heavy down coats, fur and real leather coats, and snowsuits.
B. Household items such as pillows, pillow covers, comforters, duvets, blankets, table cloths, bed sheets, drapes (regular), bed/duvet covers, stuffed toys, entryway carpets (small).
C. Accessories items such as hats, small/medium scarves, large scarf/shawls, pocket squares and ties.
D. Please note for leather dry cleaning, we only clean real leather items and not faux leather.
